I work with boards and senior leaders in the tertiary sector on governance, strategy and institutional complexity, particularly in data-rich and increasingly AI-enabled environments. This work is often centred on questions of oversight, institutional direction, regulatory context, and the capacity of existing structures to govern complexity well.
